Comox Valley has three main population centres, including the city of Courtenay, the town of Comox, and the village of Cumberland. Altogether, the local population is just shy of 80,000. It’s small enough that neighbours say hi to each other on the sidewalk, but big enough to offer no shortage of amenities and conveniences.

A Mountain and Water Playground

Eastern Vancouver Island is an unbeatable natural paradise. With one of the world’s most desirable and comfortable climates, it’s rarely too cold or too hot. Comox Valley, the Beaufort Mountains, and the Salish Sea are an outdoor playground home to some of the best camping, fishing, hiking, golfing, mountain biking, skiing and snowboarding, and water sports in Canada.

Easy Coming and Going

Comox Valley is exceptionally well-connected to the surrounding island and mainland BC, making it ideal and convenient for frequent travellers, hybrid workers, and incoming relocators.

Comox Valley Airport offers frequent service to major cities like Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Kelowna. Comox Valley is also served by seaplane via the Comox Valley Marina, providing even more routes and connections for residents.
